Main Office System Administrator

Norco’s data center supports the organization efforts to conduct sales in both the Medical and Industrial retail markets in over 7 states and more than 72 locations in the Northwest region. We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage our data center. The SA is responsible for effective engineering, installation, configuration, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure within Norco’s data center. The SA ensures that system Servers, Storage, operating systems, backup systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational standards of operation and best practices that maximize system performance, availability, and up-time.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
• Installation, maintenance, and support of multi-Server (Cisco UCS) virtual environment (VMWare) including Windows OS supporting such servers as: Domain Controller, MS-SQL Database, SharePoint, Exchange.
• Installation, maintenance, and support of EMC storage systems.
• Installation, maintenance, and support of both DD and tape backups and DR systems.
• Installation, maintenance of applications such as: SQL, Exchange, and SharePoint
Required skills & Experience
• 2 Years (Minimum) of related experience managing data center infrastructure Multi-server Microsoft OS both application and database, Virtual server environment, Storage systems, Backup systems, Networks, and Security
• This position requires a strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A minimum of 2 years System Administrator experience in one or more of the following: Windows, VMWare, Citrix.
• Proficient with Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008/2012 and Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2013.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Windows operating system (XP/Vista/7/8).
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (2003/2007/2010/2013).

• Exchange 2007/2010 administration experience is mandatory.

Requirements:
o Three years plus’ experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex LAN/WAN networks.
o This would require knowledge of and working experience in: Switching, routing, SNMP, DNS, frame relay and T1 WAN connectivity, Ethernet, single and multi-mode fiber, QoS, Syslogs, virtual switching, and network monitoring activities.
o Preferred candidates should have some experience in the following: Network Security, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
o Experience working with blade servers in a virtualized environment a plus!

Casper Production Technician

Norco, Inc is seeking an energetic, motivated self starter with strong attention to detail to work as a production technician in our Casper location. Position will include but not be limited to: loading and unloading trailers, filling industrial gases, and assisting in the plant when and where required. Heavy lifting is required for this position.
